Encontre este script para que tu compu "te cante" la senial si estas orientando antenas.
A mi me sirvio, pero no importa como la movia nunca pude pasar de -70 en el lugar de menor calidad.

Para que festival me funcione tuve que crear este archivo:
printf ";use ALSA\n(Parameter.set 'Audio_Method 'Audio_Command)\n(Parameter.set 'Audio_Command \"aplay -q -c 1 -t raw -f s16 -r \$SR \$FILE\")\n" > ~/.festivalrc
Salutes y espero le sirva a alguno.
PS: Aclaro que el script solo funciona si tenes un router con el firmware de dd-wrt.com.
