Heya!

Is there a way to install Ubuntu without CD? Darn windows broke my DVD-drive. And i dont want dual boot. Thanks

although makes sure you download the 8.04 alternate file ;)

Wubi (http://wubi-installer.org/) can also install without a CD. The installer is only 1.1MB. When you run it it downloads the correct Ubuntu disk image (approx 700MB) and installs it.

Yes but s/he doesn't want a dual boot.
