Help! I have everything else I need so far working, but I need to access our other home computers over a home wireless network. The other computers are running Vista and I just installed ubuntu 8.04 on my laptop. I've already gone through the MAJOR headache of making my Broadcom wireless card work and am now connected to the internet, but when I click on places>network I see Windows Network. Under that 2 workgroups are listed...one is just "workgroup" and the other is our family workgroup. When I click on the family workgroup I see nothing. I need to access files on our home desktop for transfer to my laptop and I also need to use the printer connected to the home desktop. Any suggestions? Is this even possible?
