relaying php mail to windows mail server

Hi,

Can anybdy help me achieve this.

I have a ubuntu lamp server setup with a web based content managment system that uses php mail. I would like to relay mail from this box to my mail server which uses Lotus Notes on a windows box.

I have already opened port 25 on firewalls and the mail server in preperation for this I just need to know how to configure the ubuntu server.
