Clearlooks-Olive combined with the blended metacity theme is available at GNOME-Look.org (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=30411).
Put the Olive-Blended dir in your /usr/share/themes/ dir so apps run by sudo (root) can use it too.
