idk if anyone knows, but packetTracer is a app made by Ciso Systems to tech ppl about networking and can also be used to plan out a network before implementing it in real life.
i have no problems getting it to work with WINE, but when i close the program, it thinks that it was due to an "unexpected shutdown" and forces me to save a log file. Not only that, but when i try and create a log file it just sends me back to the "unexpected shutdown" alert box.
i am not sure if its the way WINE implements packetTracer or what, but i don't really know what how WINE does its job so i can't say. If anyone can help me out, i'd much appreciate it.
