sun blade 1000 how good is it

Ive used debian for a few years but alway on intel boxes its time to look for 2nd box

I've got the chance of a sun blade 1000 with 2x 900Mhz cpus for a good price

a few questions will it use both cpus all the time?

dose anyone have any bench marks times for me id love to know how long for eg it would take a box like this to transcode a 2 hour movie to xvid

Have you had a chance to try this, I have Sunfire t1000 that i'm wondering the samething about. But its not a dual socket it's an 8 core UltraSparc T1.
