Hey,

I know that this may not be the right place for this thread but considering that i am making no headway whatsoever i thought that the right place to start maybe here itself.

I am facing heating issues with my ATI 3850 card with latest drivers installed. Can someone tell me how to go about increasing my GPU fan speed??

I have already tried lm sensors and pwmconfig which i failed to understand .

thanks for your help

Naa nvclock wont work with ATI cards...:(

Where are all the ATI guys..isnt anyone overclocking their ATI cards???!!!....thats the reason i posted here in the first place...i thought overclocking would be common and hence a fan speed solution...

Cmon guys...anyone???

There's your problem. ATi's (now AMD's) drivers have crappy Linux support.
