Enable Remote Desktop for Xubuntu

I have a simple home network. I can Remote Desktop from Xubuntu laptop to Ubuntu laptop, but I want to do the reverse also. How does one enable Remote Desktop for Xubuntu?

My first thought was VNC. Look it up.
You can also use FreeNX for better network usage and security.
