players and npcs in wow are invisible! please help!

i have followed the tutorial on how to install WoW on ubuntu, on these forums, and after loging in, i have a decent frame rate, even better then windows xp, just one problem. I cannot see any enemy npcs or different players. i can't even see my self.

has anyone had this problem? is it an opengl issue?

I could guess it's your video hardware/drivers?

What kinda video card do you have and how did you go about properly installing the latest drivers for it?

ATI radeon 9800 pro, i installed envy drivers
