Logitech Quickcam IM zoom level problem

Hey folks I have a Logitech Quickcam IM that I use for Stickam. The problem with it is the image is zoomed in considerably and there seems to be no controls to change the zoom level.

Can anyone provide me with a solution that lets me set the zoom level?

I am running Ubuntu 8.04.
