Motion eye webcam for VAIO VGN-CR160F (Help Required)

Hi guys!
I'm a brand new user of ubuntu, and I own a SONY VAIO VGN-CR160F Laptop with the built in webcam 'motion eye' but I just can't get it working.

Anyone found the drivers or is able to direct me to them? I found a *.deb named motioneye~ and installed it but it didn't work.

Please help me, I need my webcam so much! I make videos in youtube (btw - subscribe my channel'GOOGLEMAPPER') and I have no computers wise at all!

Needless to say I run the lastest UBuntu release (8.04)

I would suggest the cvs version. works great with my vaio FZ-290. I see CR is also supported. First do this
sudo apt-get -f install subversion .you need this to be able to use the svn command.

I can use my webcam in amsn, but won't work with cheese or camorama. Does it work for you? Any ideas of how I can record video?
