I've recently downloaded 8.04 CD for a new laptop I'm getting in a couple of weeks.
Figure everything would be cool.
Well hit a snag where I'm movin to is in the process of getting DSL but right now will only get dial up for about 2-3 months.
While thats fine for most. Dwnld next to anything is impossible.
I've looked in the Ubuntu Store ain't got none.
Amazon only has 7.04....

Can anyone HELP PLEASE....

I'll send a DVD or 2 if you'll burn me a copy....
I'd love to have a full version with some install capabilities by the time we get DSL.

Any and all help I'd be greatful. I live in Kentucky if this helps. :KS

Try this http://www.osdisc.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi/products/linux/ubuntu. I have never used it but it looks reputable.

The most recent DVD image was created on the 23rd April (so will be a full featured 8.04 DVD).
