Firefox Username and Passwords Missing

I don't know if this is an Ubuntu or a Firefox bug. I had a problem where suddenly, without any provocation on my part, the saved Usernames and Passwords in Firefox dissappeared. This freaked me out. I decided there was nothing I could do, so I went on without them. I did an update and thought it would be a good idea to reboot my computer. I did this and once restarted, the usernames and passwords were back. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I be reporting a bug over at mozilla's site?

You probably had a slightly corrupt localstore.rdf file in your Firefox Profile folder and the update fixed it. Don't worry about it. If it should ever happen again go to the Firefox Support forum at MozillaZine for assistance.
