What Ports?

Thinking about setting up UFW and paranoid as I'm will I set default as deny :lolflag:

Question is what ports do I need to have open, for web browsing, torrent, msn, irc, mplayer (streaming), update (ubuntu), thunderbird.things to have the system working but still safe.
