Gnome dropdown menu effects

I've seen video of when you click on something in the dropdown menu it goes up in fire like windows do when you close them.
How do I do that?

ive asked the same thing.. go to the ccsm and under the animations..
there is a tab for open application.. there is one option thing that says dropdown menu(or something like that).. and its set to fade (by default)
duoble click and set to whatever you want... do the same for close application
