DB2 Express C not in Hardy?

Will DB2 Express C be included in the Hardy's partner repository? It was there before (in Gutsy, that is - package name was db2exc). If not, why not? If it's not a license issue, or something like that, can we still use the old package?

I would like to bump this up to the top - where is the db2exc package for Hardy? This is a big problem as I need this package for work...:confused:
