I installed 8.04 for PPC and then installed the Xubuntu desktop. The only real snag I've run into is the lack of UDF support. I found this:

But it did not work for me. Has anyone found a way to get UDF support for PPC distros? UDF disks seem to work normally on my PC running 7.10 but no luck with the PPC Hardy install.
