i downloaded ET from softpedia, and tried to run it:

zopiac@zopiac:~$ cd /home/zopiac/Desktop
zopiac@zopiac:~/Desktop$ chmod +x et-linux-2.60.x86.run
zopiac@zopiac:~/Desktop$ ./et-linux-2.60.x86.run
Verifying archive integrity...Error in MD5 checksums: 9feb8dc5cdd50c816dea3d18c5c462ac is different from b8b59bc515d86cc845fb52f5d2c14423


how can i install it?

do you realize what md5sums are?

md5sums are for verification that your file is actually what it says it is

if the md5sums dont match that means the file you downloaded is either

a). corrupt or
b). its falsified (meaning someone is trying to get you to install harmful software)
