View Full Version : [ubuntu] Firefox 3b5 toolbar tips problem

So I changed the file about:config so I wouldn't show the toolbar tips anymore but it still shows the tip on the URL, address or location bar (however you want to call it...) when you hover over the address of the site you are looking at, anyone know how can I fix that?

What did you change in about:config?

I thought if you change browser.chrome.toolbar_tips, all tooltips will be disabled.

That's exactly what I changed... and that's why I don't understand why they are still there, and just on the URL bar.
