Where is kdenlive in hardy? I cant find it in add/remove programs. It was there in gutsy.

It should be in synaptic. that is where I found it.

yes, by me (64 bit) also in synaptic. Have you opened all the repositories ?

According to this,http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/kdenlive-data, it is in the universe repository. Make sure you've added that repository (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu#head-5bbef89639d9a7d93fe38f6356dc17847d373096) and then go to your synaptic package manager, click search and type kdenlive. Once I added it I could only run it from a terminal and that was only the beginning of my problems ](*,), but that is how you get it.

Thanks guys...

After just posting this thread, i found it in the repositories but! After installing i had to search for it in the usr/bin folder and run it from there... A short cut can be made on the desktop and it works just as in Gutsy.

I just hope that the dev's of Kdenlive will come up with another more developed / polished version. This one still has TONS of bugs and problems.
