help with netgear wn511b wireless card

hi i have decided to give unbuntu a try again have had no problems till i come to my wireless card i cant get it to recognise it
i am using a netgear wn511b wireless notebook adapter

hope someone can help as i dont want to go back to windows and i will have to as i use my laptop to move around offices for work

if anyone can help please advise howi can get it to work
