Ok, I've always had samba installed so that my buddies using windows could access my shared files, but I've never needed to allow them to write to those files before.
Today I had to setup write access on a private samba share, but I have on problem, I can figure out how to have the files dropping into the directory by windows users have a user and group associated with them. I only need them to be one uniform user because only one user can log into my private samba shares.
I hate the idea of having to manually chown every file that is copied to my file server.
Any help is appriciated.
