Hello everyone.

I am trying to jump off the Windows wagon and move completely over to linux. I have been using ubuntu on and off for about a year now, mostly installing the latest version on my laptop. I have finally decided to trying installing 8.04 on my desktop. I have downloaded the x64 edition and overall the installation went well. However, it seems to be impossible to get x64 drivers for my WUSB300N. I have searched for hours and I keep hearing that the drivers exist.

I have search but I can't find them. Does anyone know where I can download them?

PLEASE HELP!!!!](*,)

The Windows drivers are on the accompanying CD in the Drivers/XP_2K directory: netmw246.inf for 64-bit, plus some accompanying files. Refer to the Wiki, etc, for instructions on how to install into Ndiswrapper.

Here are the drivers. There are updated ones but I've been unsuccessful at getting them to date.

I have version 1 of the CD that came with the network adapter. It does not have netmw246.inf and I can't find it on the internet anywhere.

has anyone gotten those drivers to work yet? I'm getting "unknown symbol: " errors.

Edit: nevermind. ndiswrapper doesn't work with vista drivers yet. damn.

Sorry annoyingrob, the only x64 bit drivers are for Vista. I have looked everywhere for them but no one seems to have them and linksys does not plan to support xp 64 which would give us usable drivers.
