Primary Domain controller

I have Ubuntu 7.04 installed and would like to make it a primary domain controller and DHCP server in a windows network. the network is currently using windows server 2003 standard edition. I want to completely shift to linux beginning with the server. Anyone with this Experience?

I'm evolving that direction, but haven't gotten completely there - still haven't done LDAP. There are a few "Perfect Server" How-To's on howtoforge.com (http://www.howtoforge.com/howtos/linux/ubuntu) that might help. (Search for "perfect 7.04 server")
