ok searching isn't giving me a straight answer

how on earth to i enable AA/AF settings... i'd like to play my opengl games without jaggies and fugly textures

in case you're wondering my card is a 7800GS

i don't see anything to configure the settings and again searching for this information gives answers involving options i'm not even seeing

If you're using the proprietary driver, make sure you have the nvidia-settings package installed. Pop up Synaptic and search for it.

Once installed, you should get an Nvidia Settings entry someplace in your menus. There is an antialiasing tab in there.
