running compiz on Hoary Hedgehog?

yes, I'm still running hoary on one of my local servers... I'm using it as a local testing web server and never had a need to upgrade.

I am now interested in trying out the latest version of compiz and was wondering if there are any informative tutorials on how to set it up on hoary.

old dell 530 workstation
gnome
nvidia geforce fx 5500

Just curious, why do you want compiz on a web server? Anyways, you could try just downloading source an compiling, but I bet hoary doesn't have the necessary dependencies to run compiz, worth a shot though.
