I have a G15 v2 logitech keyboard, and so far have prevailed in getting the clock to work thanks to the tutorials on here. Now I want to have a challenge!
I want to know how I would go about making a terminal output display on the display. So lets see how we could do this bit by bit.
First, how do I customise the display. What do I need to make these scripts to output to the display in the first place.
Second, how to go about making the terminal display its info on here.
Where do I start?

bump..
i wouldn't know how to do this, but i really want to know. at first i thought just basic support would be nice just to put the lcd to use, but now for linux your idea seems godlike. btw what thread did u use to help you get it working? i searched around but theres nothing that gives good directions.

There is a SDK available, with very little documentation.
I believe it is on the logitech site.

this is not exactly what you are looking for, but it does show Stats of your computer...

You need to compile it with the g15 driver.
You should also have LCDd installed with the g15 driver. I will try to get a list of dependencies and some install steps together for you.

Hi myturntohide.
Would you be so kind to link the tutorial you used to get your clock working? I'm trying to use my DiNovo BT Media Desktop with Ubuntu getting LCD to work. Despite intensive search here and via google I cannot seam to find anything usefull.
For other displaying options have you had a look at G15Tools (http://www.g15tools.com/), yet? Screenshots (http://www.g15tools.com/Screenshots.html) suggest many possibilities.
Cheers.
