Hello all,

I coming from a centos redhat background, and i'm slowing loving what's being done with this distro!

anyways. I'm stuck as to which route to go. I go to add/remove programs, and I see both mythtv (front and back) and the mythbuntu..

now I went to the website, and it seems that if I install mythbuntu, it overides my existing desktop? is this true?

What I want, is to have my dvi outbut (I have an ati with both outputs) and I have the dvi output plugged into my hdmi hd tv, and I can see the output on the tv.

what I want, is to install the mythtv, and use this "2nd" connection to show all my videos to the TV..

so would I use the mythbuntu, or the mythtv (front/backend) install??

Thanks!
