Connecting Stunnel

I have an Ubuntu box that is serving as a stunnel server. I also have 2 client's behind 2 different firewalls that can connect successfully to the stunnel server. My question is how can I connect the two sessions together essentially using the Ubuntu stunnel server as a transit.
