Okay I'll look at these, I want something that I can make my own, really look blended into my website. Now does anyone know any good IRC software for Ubuntu Server and a good applet that I can run that will allow me to enter the IRC on the website?

+1. Works fina and the mods are decent.

Although there are not many themes for the latest version.

I will second simplemachines. After running my board on PHPBB2 for years there is no comparison. You can check it out yourself at www.dominicanstotheusa.com

I use it with tinyportal and it is just light years ahead of PHPBB in terms of management and security.
