Question: How do you envision gnome in 1 year?

Do you see any major changes in the gnome environment in, say, 1 year? 5 years?

KDE4 had a major face-life (for better or worse is debatable) and started a vast pool of hype online.

When do you foresee gnome getting a complete revamp? What would you like to see?

I would love to see Gnome becoming a LOT smaller both in size and memory consumption... Also it would be very nice indeed to have merged preferences e.g. Display Mode & Screens and Graphics in 1 gui...
