can anyone recommend a really good FTP client? I was trying ftpgrabber and it kept quitting on me.

I tried using the server to connect directly to the FTP site via the go to server in the main menu... no luck - will keep trying various client programs...

thanks,

FileZilla is one I use. GFTP is another one that just works.

If you're using firefox, there's an add-on called FireFTP which (obviously) gives you an FTP client built into your browser. Can't really tell you if it's better/worse than any of the other clients suggested in this thread, as I haven't used any of the other recommendations. But FireFTP is pretty cool.
