I don't see many request of mono and monodevelop.

I like so much mono platform and also monodevelop (http://www.monodevelop.com) is good IDE for mono.

I would like to try soon monodevelop 0.8 in ubuntu breezy for amd64 from backport repositories.

Yes MonoDevelop 0.8 would be nice in Breezy. But so long it isn't backported you can build it self for you if you will use it. is very easy.

Any how to build monodevelop for newbies?

MonoDevelop .8 isn't in Dapper (Dunno about Sid)...

But Mono 1.1.9.2 IS. I'll build it but someone else has to host it. I can't put anything more on my university webspace until someone mirrors my VLC packages.
