In search for additive multiplayer game

I am looking for a fun, additive multiplayer game for my newly installed Hardy. :)

The game can be as small as frozen bubbles, or as large as it can be.

note that my laptop is old, with Mobility Radeon 9200 (which has no good driver support anymore) so I can't play something like WOW~ :(


In windows I've played and liked Crimsonland, Alien shooter, Attack of the creeps, Soldat, and many mmorpgs... In linux, I am missing all these.. Hope there is something out there you know that I may be interested.

Currently only have Frozen bubbles installed, and quite like it.. but I want more~... :mad:

I 2nd that. Anytime I don't have something to do on the weekend I'll spend hours playing it.

And it's run great on the 2 old laptops I've used. A P2 350 and my 'new' P3 800 both play it without problem. Sure you can't turn on all the effects, but it still runs smooth without all the effects.

I have checked out all their websites~.. most of them are pretty awesome and I can't wait to try. FPS seems to be more popular in Linux lol

These are what I will be trying:
Regnum online - seems cool role playing
Omerta
Savage - Really promising with good role play
Nexuiz - like quake
Sauerbraten
Warsow - Really intersting cartoon looking FPS with an active Japanese community. (I love Japan)

You could play UT2004--I know it's old, but the community is still very alive & there is a linux port (unlike UT3--I bought it & still no port :( ).
