CPU: AMD X2 5000+ Black Edtion (running at 3.2 ghz)
RAM: 4 Gigs of DDR667
Video: ATI x1900GT 256mb
All of my HD video both 720p and 1080p looks horribly dithered unless I'm running in a small window. You can see bad stairstepping on text (especially light on black backgrounds) and any horizontal line shows the same... on wide shots that should show plenty of detail you can see what looks like pixel doubling that make scenes much chunkier/blockier than they should be.
Any ideas here? I shouldn't have any issues running good looking video on my rig, does it quite well in win2k, winxp, and vista.
