set up my hercules game theater xp. seems to play nicely with ALSA.
have set mic gain to normal, but recording is totally flat-line in audacity. i generated some noise in audacity and played it back, came out the speakers okay.
how might i go about addressing this problem?
please forgive me if this is covered elsewhere in the forums. i searched around a bit and didn't find anything.
