I am doing a fun thing. Turning Windows into Mac OS X. I have the looks, but not the programs. I would like to find alternite programs of Mac's famous apps on windows and use 'em. ie: Photo Booth, Dashboard, Spaces, iDVD, etc.
What is there available that works with XP?

You will regret it, but who am I to stop you. All the answers you need are at aqua-soft (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/news.php), there is something called avedesk on the wiki which says "dashboard". I'm sure you can find an equally twisted individual to help you on the forums. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.
Also there is Yahoo! widgets (wikipedia article here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahoo!_Widgets)), I haven't used it since it was Konfabulator, but I'm sure it's still just as pointless as ever.
Enjoy XP for what it is, and what it does best - messing with the interface always seems to end in breakage. I used flyakite (http://osx.portraitofakite.com/) many years ago, the only thing I've kept since then is RK Launcher (http://home.cogeco.ca/~rklauncher/), it's sweet and doesn't touch my registry or system files. I hope I've been of help, I feel dirty now.

What about a Photo Booth Replacement?.
PS.What about software from Stardock. They are a Gold Partner with Microsoft. That must mean it works well.
(IconPackager 3.0 stuffed my icons up but I don't care anyhow.)
Keep the replies coming on in.

Mwuahahaha!!!!
You SO know better than that. Don't pretend to be so naive unless you have a computer you don't actually want to use anymore. That Stardock Objectbar and Objectdock etc. was the worst thing that ever happened to my XP machine, I don't see what this gold certification means other than "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours".
Please reconsider your actions, I personally think you will end up doing a fresh install of Windows in a few months when you get bored of the OSX look and you want your PC performance back above that of a tardy sloth.
I'll recommend RK launcher again, and I also do use a customised XP theme (here (http://tornado5.deviantart.com/art/Luna-Element-5-0-5-29511577)), instructions here (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=140707)
However breakage with the upcoming SP3 is always possible, so my fallback would be microsoft's energy blue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_Blue) theme which I use on other machines, it's a more contemporary but still XP look.
