Is there a good guide to using compiz effects?
On this video
http://youtube.com/watch?v=E4Fbk52Mk1w
How do i do what he does with the expo plugin (at 30secs)? I have enabled it, what do i do now?

I have enabled the cube rotate and cube plugins, how do i rotate now?

At 1:20, he talks about focus effects, dodge, where is it?

When using zoom desktop, what key do i press to use it? It just says button 3 and button 4

ith firepain, i set the initiate button as shift, but when i press shift, and click around, nothing happens, how do i use it?

To set the water effect, it says i should press control, and super, whats super?

in order to actually use the effects you have to enable them in the settings manager (seems like you're doing this). Then in each item like desktop cube, Expo etc... go into the actions tab and it will show all of the buttons you have ot press to use the effect, the <super> key is the Windows key on most keyboards.

I'm also a bit confused on the desktop zoom feature. It says to press what appear to be mouse buttons to enable the zoom and do other stuff with it, but like you I'm not sure what does what since different mice have different button configurations.

Edit: I tinkered around with the zoom plugins a bit and I think I've figured it out. Buttons 4 and 5 are scroll wheel up and down respectively. Once you've enabled desktop zoom, just hold super+button4/5 to zoom in or out, I don't know what button 3 is for certain, but it doesn't look like it is needed at all. Enabling enhanced desktop zoom gives you more flexibility, just fiddle around with it a bit and mouse over the check boxes for tooltips about the settings which do help.
