Install Compiz Addons Hardy Heron

In stalling Compiz Addons in Hardy Heron?

I have downloaded several addons for compiz, but can't seem to get them to work. They are currently in my home/compiz folder, but just can't figure out how to install them. Any help will be much appreciated.

You need to compile the plugins, which is a bit advanced. :>
