compiz setting

hi, i'm really new to ubuntu, i use gusty gibon and i just installed compiz-fushion on my laptop acer aspire 5920... i looked on the youtube about the rotating cube, fire burning, etc and i tried to set like that but i couldn't.
is anyone would like to give me advise to set up my compiz-fushion to makes it look good? like the rotating cube, fire burning when the windows is close, and the other desktop effect...
where can i get more themes for emerald???

i was in ur shoes two days ago :)

i found a very good site that work for me with set-up tutorial in a signature of one of the forum members (i think he gos bay the same name as the site name "forlong")
all the basic set-ups are there and you will get the idea to do the rest on your own
