Firefox 3 beta 5 & flash plugin

Hello!
I've installed the default flash plugin on my new Ubuntu 8.04 - Firefox 3 beta 5, and when trying to reproduce videos (example: youtube), the browser hangs.
It plays the sounds, but does not reproduce the video, and I cannot controll what appears on the video panel of youtube.
Is there any way to remove this plugin, and install the other flash player (the one from adobe)?

go to system - administration - synaptic package manager and search for the plugin you've installed (ex. macromedia flash and mark for removal) once its finished go to youtube and install the other plugin you want
