OK I installed the new .v of UBUNTU just the other day, when I did this EVERY thing worked PERFECTLY no problems at all.
But now my sound (Onboard not a card) has just crashed, I had just installed VBox Packages and restarted my system. When it came to my sound had died, giving me this message. When I clicked on the Sound Control Icon on the top Panel...

"No volume control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found."

My Motherboard's Sound card is an "Intel 945G" I have a Win Driver for it but thats not going to help. When I went to the site that have the Win driver that I have they didn't have any LINUX one's <www.DriverGuide.com>

Please if anyone knows what to do please help me I don't want to reinstall my OS already, and so far that's all I can think of doing.
