Hardy broke screen resolution

I just installed 8.04 and now my screen resolution is messed up. 7.10 recognized that I had a 1440x900 monitor. 8.04 doesn't list 1440x900 as an option.

I have an onboard via unichrome video chip and a ViewSonic VG1930wm monitor.
