This is probably the one you want (http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/gnome-art). The package is named "gnome-art," but it installs a menu item called "Art Manager."

i found it ,it was in aplications,add and delete
i don`t know if it caled that way in english
but in french it`s ajouter suprimer

"Add and Remove" is the English. "Delete" makes sense.
