Wifi connection works but I have to setup the connection parameters everytime

Hi,

My wifi card works really fine with ubuntu 8.04 (thanks to this guide : ndiswrapper-in-hardy-heron (http://www.ubuntu1501.com/2008/04/ndiswrapper-in-hardy-heron.html)). So far I can connect to non secured and wep / wpa secured networks.

The only problem is if I reboot the parameters for the secured connection will be lost and I will need to re-enter them again. Is there any way I can save this parameters?

Hum it seems that the connection manager can remember the connection parameters only if the wifi router is broadcasting the SSID. Anyone knows how to make it work without broadcasting the SSID?
