EDIT: Ok, I don't know why, but it works now, no problems. Not sure what the hell happened, but there we go. Maybe I needed to restart or something after installing 0.9.59? I don't know. Either way, this problem is solved. Hopefully. :)
Kingpin: Life of Crime runs stupidly slowly on WINE 0.9.59, while it ran perfectly on 0.9.46 (I think that's the version that comes with 7.10?).
My WINE install is the default install, I've changed basically nothing. The only thing that would have been a good idea would have been uninstalling 0.9.46 before installing 0.9.59, but I'm not sure how much difference that would have made...
Anyone able to help me out here? For what it's worth, System Shock 2 also runs extremely slowly (that was why I upgraded in the first place - it won't run at all on 0.9.46).
I've tried virtual desktops, changing the resolution, but none of that works, so I'm not sure what to try next.
For what it's worth, Starcraft runs just fine.
