Intel integrated video not working

I have a dell vostro 200 and the integreated video card with it seems to be having problems. I have a dual boot with XP and Ubuntu and my problem is teh screen seems to be shifted to he right and I can't get it to be centered. The screen is fine in XP and I know I can use the monitor options to shift the screen, but that is just a pain if I have to go back and forth from windows xp and ubuntu. Is there a driver I need to get this issue fixed? The work order says the video chip is intel GMA3100

This is the same problem that I am having. I installed Gutsy on my Dell Vostro 200. The whole screen is shifted to the right. I can adjust the horizontal settings for the monitor, but it doesn't move it far enough.
