My videio streaming playback is choppy

Help, I have been using hardy for several weeks now and i am delighted with it. My one concern is the choppy video playback i am experiencing, On sites that stream like hulu and youtube the playback is blocky... This is kindof annoying
Nvidea 7600 enabled 3d,
core 2 204 ghz 2 gig ddr2

I had the same problem on Hulu. I reduced my screen resolution to 1024x768 and now the videos play fine. I haven't really tried any other videos so I don't know if this problem was specific to hulu/flash or not.
