1. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl
2. Call of Duty 4
3. Neverwinter Nights Platinum Edition
4. The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion
5. Counter-Strike Source
6. Team Fortress 2
7. Test Drive Unlimited
8. World of Warcraft
9. Crysis
10. Flight Simulator X Acceleration
For the games that run, if possible tell me at what settings I'll be able to run them at.

Use the Wine Application Database to find detailed information about running specific applications: http://appdb.winehq.org/
EDIT - Except for one of those games. Neverwinter Nights runs natively in Linux and doesn't require Wine (except during part of the Diamond install). There are detailed instructions on how to install the game in Linux on the BioWare website.
